Order Confirmation Policy

Cancellation Policy
- If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must contact our Customer Care Executive. Cancellation will only be valid after confirmation from our respective department.
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If a customer has placed an order via online payment and cancels it, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

1. Report Issues Within 24 Hours of Delivery
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if the product does not match the description, you must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Submit Return Requests Within 48 Hours
- Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
3. 3-Day Return Policy
- Eligible products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
4. Unboxing Photos & Videos Required
- To process any return, clear photos and an unboxing video of the product are mandatory.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Fertilizers, seeds, and plants cannot be returned due to safety and quality concerns.
- Exotic products are non-returnable.
6. Offers and Free Items
- If a product was purchased as part of a free gift or promotional offer, the free gift must also be returned.
- If the free gift is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Customized Products
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned.
8. Equipment and Tools Replacement
- Equipment and tools can be replaced within 7 days if found defective or damaged upon arrival.
9. Only Original Products Accepted
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels intact, and untampered.
- Duplicate or altered products will not be accepted.
10. Customer Self-Ship Return
- If customers choose to self-ship returns, they must securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.
- For self-shipped returns, it is recommended to use a reliable courier service.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 working days and credited to your original payment method.

- If your refund request is rejected, the reason will be provided in the notification email.

Cancellation Charges
- If an order is canceled after online payment, a 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted along with forward and return shipping charges.
- If the order is already in transit, the same deductions will apply.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is only possible if your address is serviceable by our logistics team.
Reasons for Return or Cancellation
- Incorrect Item Received – The item received does not match your order.
- Defective or Damaged Product – The item is damaged or defective and does not function properly.
- Unsatisfied with the Product – The product did not meet your expectations in terms of quality or performance.
- Size or Fit Issues – The item does not fit as expected, and you want to exchange it.

- Duplicate Order – An accidental duplicate order was placed.
